What is your policy for proofs? TOP

We will send you a proof of your order before it is printed on all of our personalized products. 
Your order will be flagged for a proof approval and placed on hold until you approve your order proof. 
Your proof will be emailed to the email address you provide upon checkout in 3-4 Business Days.  All proofs are emailed as an attachment in .jpeg format, low resolution.

We will not print your order until you have approved the proof.  When you receive your proof you have the option of making changes to your order or approving your order.  Simply reply to the email to request changes or approve your proof.  We will confirm receipt of your changes/approval and proceed with printing of your order.

Upon receipt of your approval your order will be submitted for printing.  Changes cannot be made after you have given your approval.

I can't picture the wrapper I like in my head...can I see a preview? TOP
If you are having trouble deciding which items you like or are having a hard time picturing what it would look like with your information, you can email me with the personalization information and the item that you are wondering about and I will gladly create the wrapper for you to see before you order.  I will do this for 3 items only so please choose carefully.

Is local delivery an option? TOP
Yes.  If you live in the Rice Lake, WI area local delivery is available.  If you would like to use this option, please contact us so we can make arrangements for delivery.

Are rush orders available? TOP

Rush orders will be considered on a case by case basis.  I would need to consider if I have the supplies on hand that I would need to complete your requested order or if I would need to order additional supplies to do it.
 
If I agree to do a rush order for you there will be a $30.00 charge added to the cost of your order for this service.
 
Communication is key when requesting a rush order so please provide a working email address that you are able to check frequently for any questions I may have regarding your order.  This will speed the process and guarantee your order reaches you in time for your event.

Can you ship to a different address than the billing address? TOP
YES!  I am able to ship to a different address than the billing address.  Please make sure when you are checking out that you fill in this information when it asks for it.

What is your return/refund policy? TOP
Due to the nature of the products I offer (personalized), I cannot accept returns and no refunds will be given.

Can you remove your business information off the wrappers? TOP
Due to the terms of use I am bound by from the designers of the wrappers I provide, I CANNOT remove my business information from the wrappers.  I will make sure it is in a discreet location so as not to take away from the design you choose, but please do not ask me to remove it completely from the wrapper.  Thank you for understanding.

How do I pay if I don't have a Paypal account? TOP
Paying with Credit Card through PayPal

Did you know that you can pay with a credit card through PayPal even if you don't have (or want) a PayPal account?  Once you confirm your order you will be directed to the PayPal login screen.  On the PayPal screen it says (on the left side):

*Don't have a PayPal account? *
Use your credit card or bank account (where available).
Continue

Click on the Continue link and you will be able to enter your card information directly and it won't be stored in an account with PayPal.
